On February 14th of the current year at around 19:30, in the Chiroqchi district's "Sharjah" sports complex, as a result of a disagreement among the citizens attending, a previously convicted citizen Q.O. with nine of his associates, assaulted brothers J.I. and J.A., causing them bodily injuries.
On this matter, the Chiroqchi district's Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under parts "a, b" of section 2 of Article 277 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with pre-trial detention measures applied procedurally against ten participants.
