A 32-year-old man from the state of Bihar in India, Rajababu Kumar, suffered from abdominal pain and attempted to remove his appendix independently based on YouTube tutorials, according to zamon uz reported.
He used painkillers in his room and cut the lower part of his abdomen, but the operation ended unsuccessfully.
As the pain intensified, Kumar tried to stitch the wound himself, but this too was ineffective. Eventually, he was forced to turn to his family, who immediately took him to the hospital. Doctors sutured his wound and provided the necessary medical assistance. He has now been transferred to a larger medical center.
Kumar's relatives emphasized that his decision to take such a risk was due to limited access to quality medical services. Experts remind that such dangerous experiments are life-threatening and advise patients to always seek professional medical help.
