On March 27 of this year, the Presidential Decree” on measures to improve public management in the field of energy efficiency and the development of the market for services of energy service companies " was adopted.
According to the decree, the National Agency for energy efficiency (agency) is established under the Cabinet of Ministers. The implementation of unified public policy in the field of energy efficiency, the development and regulation of stimulating and influencing measures in the field have been established as one of the main tasks of the agency.
As of 1 July 2025, an agency subsidy will be allocated to cover the cost of conducting an energy audit of residents ' housing and 20% of the value of solar panels and heliocollectors and 40% of the value of heat pumps (air, water and geothermal), but no more than 50 times that of BHM. By September 1, 2025, the digital energy efficiency platform will be launched.
An extra-budgetary energy efficiency incentive and Support Fund is established under the agency. By October 1, 2025, the “green” standards of energy efficiency of technologies for manufacturers and importers will be introduced.
