From May 1, 2025, to April 1, 2027, through the "Single Register of Social Protection" information system for families receiving child benefits and material assistance, as well as for families listed in the Register of Poor Families and not listed in the Registers, but whose material situation meets the criteria of low-income families, with the income per capita not exceeding 1.5 times the minimum cost of living, the following will be provided: 

for electricity consumption – up to 150 kW hours per month from the basic standard; 

for natural gas consumption – up to 250 cubic meters per month from the basic standard during the heating season, and up to 150 cubic meters per month from the basic standard during other periods, with the compensation for the difference between the within the basic standard range and the prices exceeding the basic standard.
