For the 2025/2026 heating season, with the aim of additionally financially supporting the needy segments of the population, in November of this year, a one-time financial assistance of 1 million soums will be allocated to the following families:
Families included in the registries;
Based on the "neighborhood committee" conclusion, to families not included in the Registries, but in need of assistance.
In this case, when forming an additional list by the "neighborhood committee", priority will be given to families who have lost their breadwinner, families consisting of persons with I or II group disability, families raising children with disabilities, families of individuals suffering from long-term illnesses, solitary individuals in need of care, solitary elderly and individuals with disabilities, households with three or more families living together, as well as families living in multi-storey buildings without gas supply and not centrally heated.
The number of families in the additionally formed list should not exceed 40 percent of the number of families included in the Registries.
