The Ministry of Transportation's press service announced that the deadline for submitting applications for the tender for the Tashkent—Andijan toll road has been announced.
It is reported that the deadline for submitting qualification proposals (RFQ) for the construction project of the toll road on this route has been extended until May 21, 2025. At the same time, the deadline for submission of clarification requests has been set to May 5, 2025.
The tender for the construction of the Tashkent—Andijan toll road was announced in early 2025, and the deadline for submitting documents for the initial qualification stage was set for April 21, 2025.
The tender will be held in two stages.
In the first stage, private companies submit their documents to pass the initial qualification. In the second stage, companies that have passed the preliminary selection present their technical and financial proposals for the project. A long-term PPP agreement will be signed with the winning participant.
