In social networks, a video spread showing a minor boy in Samarkand region's Pakhtachi district apologizing to a girl by hitting his head to her feet. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education's press secretary officially provided information about the situation.
According to the information, the incident occurred in April 2024 after a student of School No. 21 in Pakhtachi district, H.T., insulted another student of the same school, E.Y. Upon learning about the incident, the deputy school director, class teacher, and school psychologist took student H.T., with his mother's consent, and his sister to student E.Y.'s home to apologize.
The video shows the process of student H.T. apologizing to student E.Y., which was recorded by E.Y.'s mother, citizen S.D. Due to this incident, law enforcement authorities have taken appropriate administrative measures against citizen S.D.
Furthermore, according to a relevant order by the director of Pakhtachi district's School No. 21, disciplinary measures have been taken against the participants of the incident – Deputy Director S.D., class teacher V.S., and school psychologist E.R., as stated in the report.
