According to the National Statistics Committee, a total of 1.5 million Uzbekistan citizens traveled abroad for tourism purposes in three months.

This indicator has increased by 256,500 people or 20.3% compared to the same period last year.

In the period of January-March of the current year, the distribution of Uzbekistan citizens traveling abroad by countries is as follows:

Kyrgyz Republic – 631,240 people

Tajikistan – 281,539 people

Kazakhstan – 240,644 people

Saudi Arabia – 112,274 people

Russia – 69,065 people

Turkey – 46,566 people

UAE – 44,796 people

Egypt – 16,689 people

Thailand – 13,456 people

Vietnam – 9,574 people

Other countries – 53,704 people
