The Academy of Public Administration under the President will be reorganized into the Academy of State Policy and Management under the President. This was stated in the presidential decree "On the measures to further improve the system of targeted training of promising personnel and their effective involvement in state administration and service"as indicated.
One of the main tasks of the Academy is to continuously improve and retrain civil servants, as well as to educate management personnel in the stages of postgraduate and higher education.
According to the decree, the Board of Trustees of the Academy of State Policy and Management under the President will be established.
From July 1, 2025, the professional development of civil servants through retraining and skill improvement by state agencies and organizations will be organized based on the needs for professional development and will incorporate traditional, alternative, and independent forms of qualification improvement.
According to the decree, starting from October 1, 2025, short-term courses designed to enhance the qualifications of leaders in public service, candidates for leadership, and management personnel will be introduced at the academy. The knowledge and skills acquired by civil servants at the conclusion of the short-term courses will be diagnosed.
