In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the “State Security Service,” the State Security Service (SSS) has started operating a call center to promptly accept applications from individuals and legal entities regarding issues within the jurisdiction of the SSS.
Calls can be made to the call center via the short number 1520.
In particular, applications are accepted on the following issues:
- About the attacks on the constitutional order, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Threats to the protection and defense of the state border;
- Threats to state security in the Armed Forces and the defense industry complex;
- Related to terrorism, extremism, organized criminal groups;
- About crimes related to the illegal circulation of weapons, narcotics, and psychotropic substances;
- On corruption and economic crimes threatening state interests;
- Promotion of national, ethnic, and religious enmity;
- Other information related to the commission of offenses that threaten the interests and security of the state.
Furthermore, applications are accepted regarding issues related to crimes stipulated in Articles 150-163, 182, 223, 246 of the Criminal Code, the investigation of which is within the competence of the SSS as specified in Article 345 of the Criminal-Procedural Code.
