During the meetings in April (8 times), the Bank Control Committee of the Central Bank reviewed 45 issues and appropriate decisions were made. At the same time, 19 issues related to the financial condition of credit organizations — the compliance with the instructions and prudential standards of the Central Bank, and the results of inspections conducted at commercial banks and microfinance organizations were also discussed.
One payment system operator and 3 payment institutions were warned about the application of measures and sanctions due to non-compliance with the legislative requirements on forming the minimum amount of charter capital and changing the organizational and legal form to a joint-stock company .
During the examinations and inspections conducted by the Central Bank, violations were identified, and due to the non-compliance with the established requirements for opening bank accounts for individuals and their registration, fines were imposed on 6 banks, 3 pawnshops, and 2 microfinance institutions.
