The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for an official visit to Hungary on May 19, following an invitation by the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orban. The President's press service reported this. 

Within the framework of the visit, high-level talks and meetings with officials and leaders of leading companies in Budapest are planned.

The agenda includes pressing issues of expanding practical cooperation and strategic partnership between our countries.

The leader of Uzbekistan will also participate in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States.
