When is Eid al-Adha celebrated?

The holiday date was announced by the Fatwa Center under the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan.

The first day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah in Uzbekistan falls today, May 28. This was announced by the Fatwa Center attached to the Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan. 

According to the Hijri lunar calendar, the 10th day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah is considered the first day of Eid al-Adha.

Accordingly, this year in Uzbekistan, the first day of Eid al-Adha will be celebrated on June 6, Friday.

So far, there has been no official announcement on how many days and which days will be holidays in connection with Eid al-Adha.
