It is noted that a citizen entering the "Navoi" border customs post on foot exhibited suspicious behavior while undergoing customs control. For this reason, he was subjected to a personal search by a customs officer.
As a result of the inspection, it was discovered that the citizen had jewelry weighing 1 kg and 13 grams hidden inside his internal genital organs. The total value of these gold ornaments, seized as physical evidence, amounted to 1.1 billion UZS.
It is reported that criminal proceedings have been initiated by the customs authorities regarding the incident.
