A video of a theatrical performance shown in the "Magic City" park has gone viral on social media. The performance depicted a scene of suicide.
As shown in the video, one of the performers was hanging from a high pillar with a rope around their neck. They demonstrated a suicide attempt in this manner. The show was attended by many people, including young children.
There is no information on the official site of the "Magic City" park about what kind of theater and performance this is.
The press secretary of the Tashkent city administration, Gulnoza Qosimova, is aware of the video that has been spreading on social networks, stating that "Magic City" is private property, and that the scene causing discussions was not organized in collaboration with the city, Chilanzar district administration, or the city culture department, nor were they informed in advance.
"This event was not agreed with us, we were only made aware after the incident occurred," says the press secretary.
