Elon Musk threatened to create a new party if the US President Trump's tax benefit bill is passed. He writes about this on his social media pages.

Musk had said that congressmen supporting the bill would lose in the 2026 primaries.

"If this foolish spending bill is passed, the next day the America Party will be formed."

“Our country needs an alternative to the one-party system of Democrats and Republicans, so that the people can truly VOTE,” — wrote Musk on the X social network.

In response, the US President reminded Musk of the subsidies given for his electric vehicles. The politician mentioned his opposition to electric vehicles and that Musk was aware of this before endorsing him in the elections.

Electric cars are good, but it’s not right to force everyone to buy them. Perhaps, Elon might be the person who has received the most subsidies in history; without them, he would have been forced to shut down his business and return home — to South Africa. As a result, the cessation of launching rockets, manufacturing artificial satellites or electric cars would save our country a great deal of money. Possibly on the "Tramp Truth Social" page.

According to CNN, Elon Musk's statement is the most serious political threat he has made since leaving the administration of the US President at the end of May. Musk is considered the largest donor to the Republican Party in the US. The businessman began supporting the party in 2022 by making significant charitable contributions in favor of the Republicans.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump had a conflict at the beginning of June over the above bill. The billionaire called the initiative "disgusting" and said it would have negative consequences for the economy. The US President noted that Elon Musk was very well aware of the bill, and he was unhappy because the privileges for electric vehicles were being abolished. In response, Musk accused the US President of lying.

Later, the billionaire apologized for several of his posts about the president, admitting he had gone too far. The American leader, in turn, called Musk's apologies "very sincere."
