After that, he first attempted to converse with M.K., born in 2011, who was present there, then insulted the child and struck them in the face with the back of his hand.
Currently, investigative actions are being carried out regarding the incident until the preliminary investigation. In particular, a forensic medical examination has been appointed concerning the bodily injuries inflicted on the underage M.K. Legal measures are now being taken against S.J. in accordance with the appropriate procedure.
