Germany's Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock rejected territorial concessions as a solution to Russia's aggressive actions toward Ukraine. In her statement on social media, she stated: "Borders should not be changed through violence."
Annalena Baerbock emphasized that Germany continues to support Kyiv and backs U.S. President Donald Trump's initiative to stop the war. "The outcome must be a just and lasting peace," she said.
Similarly, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney also stated that a peace agreement cannot be reached without Ukraine's consent. London's statement noted that Ukraine's future must be built on the principles of freedom, sovereignty, and self-determination.
