Reports have spread that a sexual assault was committed against a 14-year-old girl in the Yakkabog district of the Kashkadarya region. The press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Shokhrukh Giyasov, confirmed the incident.
According to reports, on June 7, four individuals aged 23, 22, 21, and 20 took the girl to a field area in a Damas vehicle and committed a crime against her.
In connection with the incident, the scene was inspected, physical evidence was collected, and forensic, biological, and psychological examinations were ordered.
The case was initially initiated under Article 128 of the Criminal Code, but during the investigation, it was reclassified under Article 118, Part 3, Item "a". Charges have been brought against the suspects, and they have been detained in procedural order.
The criminal case has been placed under the supervision of the Investigation Department. It was announced that upon the conclusion of the investigation, measures in accordance with the law will be taken against the perpetrators.
