In Brussels, during a meeting with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Zelenskyy emphasized that a peace agreement can only be discussed after a complete cessation of hostilities.

He also described the signal from the U.S. and Europe regarding ensuring Ukraine's security as a "major shift," but noted that the details remain unclear for now.

According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine's accession to the European Union could also be part of these guarantees.
