Reportedly, additional state duties have been introduced in Russia starting from September 1, which also include payments related to registration, migration records, and permits for labor activity.

Furthermore, a duty of 2,100 rubles has been set for issuing a duplicate of a work permit, making changes to the information in the work permit of a migrant or stateless person, or issuing a duplicate of a patent.

Duties have been introduced for issuing duplicates of permits for attracting and utilizing foreign workers, as well as making changes to them, amounting to 2,100 rubles; for extending the temporary stay period of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation, 1,000 rubles; and for registration at the place of residence, 500 rubles.

It is emphasized that the government expects the update of the state duties to encourage migrants to be more responsible in their approach to documents and their validity periods.
