Reports have spread on social networks that some construction organizations are officially registering citizens as employees without their knowledge in order to increase their rating.
The Ministry of Construction and Housing Communal Services commented on this issue, stating that the rating system is formed automatically and that the "Transparent Construction" system only deals with collecting existing data in this process.
The rating is based on data obtained from the databases of the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment and the Tax Committee.
Therefore, new procedures are being developed to identify and prevent cases of official registration without citizens' consent.
Furthermore, if a construction organization provides false information in the rating or tender process, it may be punished in accordance with the law, specifically by being entered into the register of "unscrupulous executors" or having its electronic application annulled.
It is recommended to act on the basis of information identified through official sources.
