On the evening of September 10 of this year, the Israeli Air Force launched a major airstrike on the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, and Al-Jawf provinces.

According to information from the Yemeni Ministry of Health, as a result of the strikes, 35 people were killed and more than 130 citizens sustained injuries of varying severity.

The attacks in the capital Sana'a claimed the lives of 28 people and injured 113. In the strikes in Al-Jawf, 7 people were killed and 18 were wounded. Although the attacks were primarily aimed at military facilities, fuel depots, and command posts belonging to the Houthis, the bodies of ordinary civilians are also being found under the rubble.

Israel stated that these actions were carried out in response to drone and missile attacks organized by the Houthis. Over 30 bombs were dropped on 15 targets by 10 military aircraft.

It is noted that this was one of Israel's largest airstrikes in Yemen. Following the attack, the Houthis announced they had fired missiles at targets near Jerusalem, but this information has not been confirmed by Israel.
