The President's Decree "On the Establishment of the 'ToshTech' Technical University in the City of Tashkent" (PQ-274, 09.11.2025) has been adopted. According to the decree, the 'ToshTech' Technical University will be established in the city of Tashkent.
The university will be independent in academic, financial, and organizational-managerial spheres.
Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, a one-year state-funded preparatory course will be introduced.
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the educational process for undergraduate degree programs will commence.
Starting from the 2027/2028 academic year, graduate (Master's) and postgraduate education levels will be gradually introduced.
The educational process at the university will be conducted in state and foreign languages on the basis of state grants and paid contracts.
Students admitted until the 2029/2030 academic year will be educated fully on the basis of state grants.
