According to the information provided by the MIB information service, the unauthorized construction of a lightweight awning by a citizen living in the "Sukhor" neighborhood of Kogon district was identified by the Cadastre Agency's Kogon district department, and a lawsuit was filed in court.
Based on the writ of execution from the Inter-district Civil Court of Kogon district, it was ordered that the unauthorized, lightly constructed awning be demolished at the expense of the responsible party.
During the compulsory enforcement actions carried out by the employees of the Kogon district department of the agency, the aforementioned structure was demolished.
