Within the framework of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly underway in New York, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a brief but substantive meeting with President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel.
During the conversation, the parties discussed issues of expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries and implementing joint projects in the fields of transport and innovation. An agreement was also reached to deepen ties in agricultural and investment areas.
The sides expressed their readiness to actively continue interagency relations.
