A criminal case has been opened regarding the poisoning of children in several kindergartens in Piskent, Bo'ka, and Oqqo'rg'on.

First of all, we had reported that children's health was deteriorating in these gardens.

Symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting were observed in dozens of children at preschool institutions located in Piskent, Bo'ka, and Quyichirchiq.

On September 24, 2025, pupils of preschool institutions in several districts sought medical help. After an initial examination, the children were sent home to provide answers, and no severe cases were reported.

The sanitary services conducted inspections in the kindergartens' canteens, and samples of the consumed food were sent to the laboratory.

The Investigation Department under the Tashkent Regional Department of Internal Affairs has initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 257-1 of the Criminal Code (violation of sanitary rules and norms harmful to health). Investigative actions are underway.

The Children's Ombudsman has taken the incident under his supervision.
