This indicator is considered the lowest value recorded since August 2023. The last time the dollar exchange rate was below 12,100 soums was observed on August 31, 2023 — at that time, 1 US dollar was 12,089.97 soums.
According to the Central Bank's data, some changes were also observed in the exchange rates of other foreign currencies. The new rates are effective from September 29.
