Six underage children left without parental care were brought to their homeland from the city of St. Petersburg, Russia, with the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the "Dunyo" news agency.

It is said that a working group from Uzbekistan collected all the necessary documents regarding the situation within 10 days. After that, the children left without parental care were taken to social rehabilitation centers for minors in St. Petersburg and the "Transit" social shelter for children.

It is known that one of the underage children has been living separately from his mother for three years, living with his father. The father had taken him away from his mother illegally. The child's family has been experiencing a socially unfavorable environment that threatens his life and health.

Employees of the Consulate General and the relevant organizations visited the child's place of residence, carried out measures for the return of our underage compatriot to Uzbekistan, and formalized the relevant certificates. After that, our compatriots were escorted to Uzbekistan on a St. Petersburg-Tashkent flight.
