Germany's Federal Ministry of the Interior has launched a program to repatriate Afghan refugees with financial assistance. The offers were sent via email, and the refugees must make a decision by November 17. This was reported by Zamon.uz.
According to a "Tagesschau" report, the program provides benefits such as covering pension and living expenses for those who agree to return.
The project also includes representatives of Afghan society — women's rights activists, former officials, and military personnel. The government's goal is to limit acceptance programs and control the flow of refugees.
No information has been provided so far about the fate of Afghan refugees who choose to stay in Germany.
