According to reports, the French government has fully lifted all travel restrictions imposed against entrepreneur Pavel Durov on November 10.
The source emphasized that Durov fully complied with the court's supervision requirements and was questioned three times. He is now free to leave France and has been exempted from the obligation to register with the local police department.
Recall that the founder of Telegram was detained at a Paris airport last August. At that time, he was banned from leaving the country, and in June 2025, he was permitted to travel to Dubai.
As part of the investigation, Durov has been charged with terrorism, drugs, fraud, and crimes against children related to his alleged failure to sufficiently moderate content on Telegram and his refusal to cooperate with French law enforcement agencies.
The entrepreneur, however, denied the charges:
"Detaining the head of a major platform for user activity is legally meaningless. A year has passed, but there is no evidence that I or Telegram have done anything wrong," he said.
For reference, according to "Bloomberg," Pavel Durov's wealth has reached $14.7 billion, having increased by another $3.7 billion since the beginning of the year. This places him at 196th position in the list of the world's billionaires.
