A 26-year-old man stabbed two people in the Marhamat district of Andijan region. The incident occurred around 01:30 on December 16 in the territory of the "Qovunchi" neighborhood.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, H.Q., who had consumed alcohol, got into an argument with strangers S.M. and B.M., both 30 years old. During the altercation, he wounded S.M. in the right side of the chest with a household knife that was in a Damas car, causing his death.
After that, H.Q. attempted to stab B.M. as well, but due to the intervention of people nearby, he could not complete the crime.
Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated against H.Q. under Part 1 of Article 97 and Article 25, Part 2, subparagraph "a" of Article 97 of the Criminal Code, and he has been detained.
