The incident occurred around 11:00 on December 21 in the market area of the Khojaobod district. According to the officials' assessment, a rack, built by hand in front of an entrepreneur's shop and not meeting regulatory requirements, collapsed due to the weight of an excessive amount of heavy winter clothes hung on it.
As a result, one of these individuals was hospitalized with a minor injury and received prompt medical assistance; his condition is reported to be good.
No other victims were found, and investigative work is being carried out regarding the causes of the incident.
