The investigation revealed that individuals R.P. and H.R., having conspired, claimed that a 10-sotix plot of land in the state reserve in the "Pakhtaobod" neighborhood was theirs, and agreed to sell 4 sotix of it to citizen A.O. and 6 sotix to F.Q., thereby fraudulently obtaining a total of 25 million soums.
During the investigation, the return of 15 million soums was officially recorded in accordance with procedural order.
Currently, regarding this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
