It was also noted that the role of the Armed Forces is important in the process of building the New Uzbekistan, and that the reforms being implemented in the defense sector are aimed at increasing the combat readiness of the national army. It was stated that within the framework of the "Uzbekistan — 2030" strategy, work continues to strengthen military power and improve management and support systems.
The congratulation states that every serviceman must always feel that the army and the people are one body and one soul, and that behind it stands the 38 million people as a firm support.
