Today, initiatives serving the development of science and education, led by the Head of our State, are being implemented on a wide scale. Particular attention is being paid to improving the quality of education, enabling young people to acquire modern knowledge and skills, supporting scientific research, and developing innovative ideas. This, in turn, serves to ensure the progress of our country, train competitive personnel, and create a solid foundation for future generations.
A vivid testament to the results of such initiatives is the decision of the grandson of the great Jadid and great enlightener Abdullah Avloni — Professor Jamshid Avloni — to continue his scientific and practical activities precisely in Uzbekistan.
Professor Jamshid Avloni is an eminent scientist in the chemistry of polymers and nanotechnologies and has been working as the director of ConTex LLC in the USA since 2015.
In 2018, responding to the calls of our Head of State regarding science, he returned to his homeland with the goal of dedicating his knowledge and experience to the development of the Motherland. Notably, the scientist chose the Almalyk State Technical Institute to continue his activities.
He expressed his satisfaction with teaching master's students and undergraduates in the direction of innovations in industry and working with young people in modern laboratories.
Jamshid Avloni, known for his major scientific works in the field of chemistry, worked on numerous inventions together with Nobel Prize laureate Alan MacDiarmid.
His activities in Uzbekistan will undoubtedly be a great inspiration and a source of new opportunities for the youth of our Homeland.
