During an operation conducted in collaboration by the State Security Service and internal affairs agencies, a Spark car moving in the territory of Yukori Chirchik district was stopped. During the inspection, it was established that there were three citizens, born in 1993, 1994, and 1995, who served a drug store operating via the internet. From them, 37 units of "Tropicamide" and 124 capsules containing Pregabalin substance were seized as material evidence.

During the rapid operation, two more individuals who were the "depositors" for the drug store were detained. A total of 1186 units of "Pregabalin" and 125 units of "Tropicamide" hidden in various areas of the capital were confiscated from them.

It was established that these medicines were prepared in a drug laboratory operating in the Sergeli district. There, it became known that four individuals born in 1987, 1993, 1995, and 2000 were producing potent substances. From the household, 5130 "Pregabalin" capsules, 10 kg of this substance, 75 vials of "Tropicamide", 6 kg of its raw material, as well as 60 thousand empty capsules and vials, and laboratory equipment were seized.

Furthermore, during a separate operation in the Shaykhontohur district, 24,223 units of various types of potent medicines were confiscated from the house and car of an individual born in 1987. During the pre-investigation check, it was revealed that these medicines were illegally imported from the Kyrgyz Republic and were purchased for 34 thousand dollars with plans for resale in the capital.

Criminal cases have been initiated under Article 251¹ of the Criminal Code regarding the incidents, and detention as a preventive measure has been applied against the suspects. Investigative actions are ongoing.
