According to data from the National Statistics Committee, 589,647 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for tourism purposes in January 2026. This indicator increased by 38.2 thousand people or 6.9 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to the report, the most trips were made to the Kyrgyz Republic — 232,174 people. The next places were recorded by Tajikistan (98,659 people), Kazakhstan (88,012 people), and Saudi Arabia (62,655 people).

Uzbek citizens also actively traveled to Russia, Turkey, the UAE, Thailand, China, and Egypt.
