A 15-year-old girl died by jumping into a canal in the Andijan region. This was reported by the press secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, Hayot Shamsutdinov, to Darakchi.uz.
It is noted that this tragic incident occurred on July 30 of this year. A 16-year-old girl living on Nodirabegim Street, Ershi MFY, Markhamat district, jumped into the South Fergana Canal from a road bridge built over the canal flowing through the Ershi MFY area at approximately 02:30. She was then carried away by the water.
During the search operations, the body of the minor girl was found on July 1 in the section of the South Fergana Canal flowing through the territory of Toshloq district, Fergana region.
Currently, pre-investigation checks are being carried out by the district prosecutor's office.
