Each year, at least 100 technical schools will be fully renovated and equipped for modern professions, and their buildings and land will not be allocated for other purposes.

It has been established that educational programs in technical schools will be aligned with employer demands, the experience of "dual education" will be expanded, up to 1 billion soums will be allocated for "spin-off" projects and startups, and "Professional Development Day" and job fairs will be held every month.

Starting from this year, students will be able to work abroad for six months under the "Work and Travel" program, earn additional income, and receive a loan for travel expenses.
