During the meeting, it was emphasized that it is necessary to develop the network based on the principle of "goal – action – result".

It was reported that the task has been set to increase the export of chemical products to $720 million this year. Furthermore, it is planned to increase the production of nitrogen fertilizers for agricultural needs to 1 million 120 thousand tons, phosphorus fertilizers to 135 thousand tons, and potash fertilizers to 222 thousand tons.
The presentation reviewed issues of attracting $2.5 billion in investments within the framework of 133 projects worth $9.5 billion, as well as launching 7 new production capacities through 24 strategic projects.

The President criticized the delays in some projects and gave instructions to accelerate them.
In particular, the implementation of projects at the Kungrad soda plant, Samarkandkimyo, Dehkanabad potash plant, Ammofos-Maxam, Ferghanaazot, and Navoiyazot was discussed separately.
Furthermore, plans to intensify digitalization in the Uzkimyosanoat system, widely implement the ERP system, and utilize artificial intelligence technologies were reviewed.
According to calculations, the goal is to reduce product costs by 10–15 percent by reducing energy and raw material consumption.
