Deputy mayors meet directly with those who have applied for housing in the city together with banks and developers. They offer them newly built housing and promptly resolve their issues regarding credit and subsidies.
More than 1.5 thousand employees work in state institutions in the city. 794 complaints have been received regarding their activities. For example, 281 applications have been submitted regarding the conduct of internal affairs officers and the quality of investigations.
Deputy heads of the regional internal affairs department for personnel and public safety dedicate one day a week to training young investigators, prevention inspectors, road and post-patrol officers, and teaching communication culture.
It was noted that the heads of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, tax, electricity, water and gas, medical and educational institutions, which have many complaints against their employees, must also organize their work in exactly the same way.
