The Ministry of Justice has registered ethical rules that define the procedure for creating, implementing, and using solutions based on artificial intelligence. The document comes into force on June 17, 2026.

It is reported that according to the new rules, developers and users of artificial intelligence technologies must adhere to a number of key principles. Among them are requirements such as the priority of protecting the interests of the individual, society, and the state, as well as the environment, legality, transparency, accountability, and control.

Furthermore, ensuring fairness in the use of artificial intelligence, preventing discrimination, maintaining openness and transparency, protecting data, and ensuring the reliability and safety of technologies are also established as fundamental principles.

It is noted that these ethical rules serve to protect human rights and societal interests in the use of artificial intelligence.
