On April 8, a video spread on the internet showing violence against children by a teacher at a private preschool educational institution in Navoi city. The regional Department of Internal Affairs provided information regarding the incident.
It was determined that the incident occurred on April 7 at a private kindergarten located in the "Yangiarik" neighborhood of Navoi city, under the leadership of citizen S.S. It was established that a teacher, E.N., born in 2003, mercilessly beat children in her group under the pretext of "disciplining" them.
During the investigation, it became known that the suspect had been taking advantage of the children's vulnerable state from March until April, regularly beating them. Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 110 (Torture) of the Criminal Code, and the individual has been detained in accordance with procedural order.
Currently, preliminary investigative actions are being carried out. It was reported that a legal decision regarding the accused will be made upon the completion of the investigation.
