In January-February 2026, a total of 1,776,336 foreign citizens from 156 countries visited Uzbekistan for tourist purposes. This was reported by the National Statistics Committee.
According to the data, this figure increased by 441 thousand people or 33 percent compared to the same period last year.
The most tourists came from the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. Additionally, Russia, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, China, Turkey, India, and the Republic of Korea were also among the top ten.
