According to reports, the incident occurred today, on June 2, during the night on a bridge located on Navoiy Highway in the area of the Ishchilar mahalla of the city.
It is said that M.M., born in 2007, became mentally unstable due to a disagreement between family members and threatened to jump off the bridge.
An investigative task force and partner organizations arrived at the scene promptly, secured the young man, and prevented the undesirable situation.
Currently, investigations are being carried out into the incident.
