In the Denov district of Surxondaryo region, an internal affairs officer is suspected of dishonoring a minor. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office on 7 June.
According to the information, the criminal investigation against A.R., who served as an inspector-psychologist for juvenile affairs in the Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Department of the Public Security Service of the Denov District Internal Affairs Department, has been completed.
An indictment has been drawn up against him under Part 4 of Article 118 (dishonoring a person under 14 years of age), Part 3 of Article 129 (committing indecent acts against a person under 16 years of age using violence or threats), and Part 1 of Article 206 (exceeding official or positional authority) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the case has been sent to court for consideration.
