An administrative case was initiated against a young man who deliberately violated public morality rules in the Chilanzar district.

It is reported that on March 22, in one of the entertainment venues, A.Sh., born in 1998, was moving around with his outer clothing removed, disturbing public order and causing legitimate protests from citizens.

Regarding the incident, the Chilanzar District DIA officially drew up a report against him under Article 183 (petty hooliganism) and Article 194 (failure to comply with the lawful demands of an internal affairs officer) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and the case was sent to court.
