In the congratulatory letter, it was emphasized that Xi Jinping, as a major political figure of the People's Republic of China and the Communist Party of China, is leading the country towards new heights with boundless love for the Motherland and the people, a high sense of responsibility, and strategic thinking based on foresight.
"Under your wise leadership, China's modernization is steadily advancing, and your policies aimed at the great rejuvenation and rise of the nation are being written as a bright page in your country's history," the congratulation says.
Also, the letter noted that relations between Uzbekistan and China have risen to a new level in recent years. It was particularly emphasized that the friendship, mutual trust, and comprehensive strategic partnership relations between the states are strengthening year by year under any circumstances.
"In the large-scale reforms we are implementing in New Uzbekistan, we clearly feel the constant assistance and support of the People's Republic of China and you personally," the letter says.
It is noted that over the past years, mutually beneficial and multi-level cooperation mechanisms have been formed in all key areas. Also, significant practical results have been achieved within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev expressed confidence that by fully implementing the agreements reached during the high-level meetings, it is possible to bring the cooperation between Uzbekistan and China to a qualitatively new level.
At the end of the letter, the head of state wished Xi Jinping good health, family happiness, and great success in his responsible state activities, and to the Chinese people peace and sustainable development.
