A memorandum of understanding aimed at a ceasefire across the entire front has been agreed upon between the US and Iran. International media outlets report this.
According to reports, the parties have reached an agreement on halting hostilities. The memorandum also covers the territory of Lebanon. However, Israel has not yet issued a clear statement regarding its joining or supporting this agreement.
At the same time, issues related to Iran's nuclear program remain unresolved. According to sources, there is currently no separate agreement between the parties on this matter.
It is noted that the achieved understanding on a ceasefire is being assessed as the next diplomatic step aimed at easing tensions in the region. However, the practical implementation of the agreement and the attitude of other participants towards it will become clear in the coming days.
